SMS Messaging Terms

Rainier Notary LLC ("Rainier Notary," "we," "us") offers text message (SMS) notifications related to scheduled notary and loan signing appointments. This page explains how our text messaging program works.

How you opt in

You can opt in to appointment text messages by checking the optional SMS consent box on our booking form at rainiernotary.com/book. The box is unchecked by default, and checking it is not required to book an appointment. We do not enroll any number in text messages unless its owner has checked this box.

What we send

Messages relate only to your appointment with us — for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, on-the-way/arrival updates, and occasional follow-ups such as rescheduling or document status. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and is typically a small number of messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out & help

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (253) 298-2658 or Sign@RainierNotary.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

Your phone number is used only to send you appointment-related messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
