Rainier Notary LLC provides commissioned mobile notary and loan signing services across the Seattle / Tacoma, WA area. We work with title companies, escrow officers, law firms, and individuals who need documents notarized correctly, on time, and without the hassle of finding a notary's office.

We're licensed and bonded in Washington State, background-screened, and experienced with the full range of signing packages — from single-signer affidavits to full loan closing sets. Appointments are available mon–sat, 8am–8pm, evenings & weekends by request.
